Growing up in a ski resort town made up largely of second homes, where we quickly saw how difficult it was for homeowners to find reliable help to care for their properties. What started as conversations around a campfire—brainstorming business ideas—slowly turned into something real.

Second homes were the foundation, but expanding into the rental market-particularly short-term rentals-felt like a natural progression. Beginning with maintenance and operational support, we eventually transitioned into full service property management and listing management.
